Elizabeth Escobedo
grew up in a large Mexican-American family where the culture of food was a
staple in and of itself. Elizabeth specializes in traditional and
contemporary Mexican cuisine and integrates history and culture in all her
cooking classes. She is a member of the International Association of
Culinary Professionals and the Houston Culinary Guild.
